Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Bike in 7-8 minutes, or drive to the exclusive Beach Trolley shuttle to the Sea Pies Beach Club. Read on:

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at intersection of Greenwood and Willow Oak-- about 3 minutes by car from 8 Heritage Road. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

PETS: Select, hypo-allergenic breed now welcome. Please inquire for specifics and tell us about your pup.

POOL: Heatable with electricity (cost effective, but ineffective in coldest months of the year). Charge for electric pool heat is  $150.00 for the first day and $50.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable.

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 60 days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 61 days prior to arrival. At 60 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

  We had a wonderful stay in our rental home. The home was immaculate with an upscale kitchen and nicely appointed bathrooms. It was tastefully furnished with many different areas to gather. The kitchen was also well stocked with great cookware and all the gadgets necessary to make any meal desired. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood and is very accessible to the tennis courts and harbourtown. I would highly recommend this property for a family and I would definitely rent this property again.

  We stayed here for fall break in October 2022. The house is newly renovated, up to date, and very big. We heated the pool while we were there, which turned out to be perfect because there were a couple of cooler and gray days during our stay, but the kids still had a great time in the pool. It is on a quiet street, but not terribly far away from everything. The pantry was stocked with some cooking essentials and the house had plenty of cookware and dishes, which was great because we cooked breakfast and dinner most nights. The laundry room and bathrooms were also stocked with supplies. All around great stay. We had no problems and loved it. We would stay again!

  Very clean and attractive large home in a quiet neighborhood perfect for extended families wanting to gather in the large family room, or on the deck overlooking the private pool. Well equipped and stocked kitchen with the "trademark" BSSR welcome basket of goodies. Two separate bedroom wings for privacy, with a main BR suite in each. Nicely decorated throughout, with comfortable furniture and bedding. Close to biking and walking trails. Easy check-in and check out. Will definitely be staying in a Beverly Serral Signature Property again. Have experience with Beverly and her staff in the past; they are the best!

  Overall lovely vacation home! We had a great time and accommodating space for 3 couples with young kids. The home is well equipped with everything needed to cook/BBQ, and activities to keep everyone entertained. The only drawback is the mosquitos, perhaps a mosquito treatment would help to enjoy the pool or outdoor dining. We purchased a fogger, citronella candles and mosquito repellant spray -- but it was still pretty uncomfortable to spend extended time outside.

  Our family of four had the best week. We had another family of 3 stay for a few nights too! The house was set up perfectly for two families. Everything you could need was provided (beach toys, wagon, towels, cooler, etc.). The location was great for us because we enjoyed frequenting Harbor Town often. Beach was about a 10 min bike ride. Pool was large and plenty of room. House was recently remodeled, very clean, and beautiful. Will return!
