• Password protected WiFi and 6 LED televisions.
• Open, airy kitchen with stainless appliances including wine fridge, 2 dishwashers, & second full size refrigerator in garage.
• Laundry is a breeze with new, full size front loading washer and dryer.
• Loads of parking plus huge garage- great for bikes and beach stuff.

• Our hallmark? CLEANLINESS! Yes, we’re shouting it out and so are our guests- just read our reviews.
• Linens: Ahhhhh, yes! Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including extra blankets and clean and comfy sleeping pillows, and clean kitchen linens.
• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Out the front door and less than 5 minutes walk and your toes are in the surf.

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog, maximum 2. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone.

No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this house.

AYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 29 days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund up to 30 days prior to arrival. 14-30 days prior to arrival date you may cancel and receive 50% refund. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

POOL (Heatable): Featuring Baja shallow shelf with water spouts. Great for kids and older folks. Heatable with electricity (cost effective, but ineffective in coldest months of the year). Charge for electric pool heat is  $150.00 for the first day and $50.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable.

  A family trip with a few friends to celebrate a big birthday. It was a long weekend and we wish we could have stayed longer. The house was a short and easy walk to the beach. It was so well stocked and cozy. The kitchen was better stocked than any rental I have ever rented, and included a nice assortment of spices for cooking. There were lots of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys. The beds and linens were very comfortable and the bathrooms were nicely stocked with towels, soaps, shampoos & conditioners. I totally overpacked! And we definitely want to go back!

  We had a great time at 5 Periwinkle Lane with our extended family. There were 10 of us and we all fit comfortably. The house was just a short walk to the beach and came equipped with tons of beach equipment, including two wagons which made the walk much easier. The closest beach does get pretty busy because it's a public access point, so if you are looking for seclusion this probably isn't your best bet. For us it worked great. We didn't use the pool very often, but it was a good size for the kids to play around.

  This house was amazing. It was very clean and stocked with everything you would need on vacation. Pet friendly was a plus for us and our fur babies loved the treats that were left for them. The basket full of goodies they left for us was unexpected and we loved the added touch. The only issue we had was that we couldn’t locate the outside trashcan. Wasn’t a big deal as we took the trash off when we left but would like to know where it was for future stays. We will definitely rent from Bestnest again!

  We had a great time and would definitely make our way back to Hilton Head. The house was perfect for our family! The pool area was perfect and having the grill was so nice! We used it almost every day. The walk to the beach was so easy and having the wagon and beach toys was a great touch! The whole island is easy to get around on and the path in the shade is awesome! We did not rent bikes but would consider it for future trips.

  Beverly Serral leasing company was awesome to work with before and during our stay. Very friendly and accommodating. This home had plenty of room for our extended family to spread out.
