Our philosophy is that your vacation experience should be completely comfortable and consistently amazing. Cleanliness is one of our hallmarks and we take clean seriously.

2414 Lighthouse Tennis Club is all new in fall 2018-- all new kitchen, baths, flooring, electronics, and furnishings. We have filled this stunning villa with every amenity that we appreciate when we vacation.

The decor is super stylish with a beach chic theme of cool neutrals and soft, inviting surfaces. The kitchen is outfitted and equipped with everything you need to cook-- or not!

Each bedroom (1 King/2 Twins) is completely comfortable with the best bed linens we could find, plus big, wall mounted television with digital cable and complimentary Netflix, plus full size stack washer/dryer for your convenience.

Attention to detail is apparent in every corner of this sublime space, which is ideal for hosting 1-4 guests. The villa is a 2 1/2 story walk-up penthouse. No elevator, but once inside you will enjoy the vaulted ceiling and nearly panoramic view.

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 60 days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made 90 days or more before arrival-full refund less 10% of amount paid. Cancellations 89-45 days prior to arrival forfeit 60% of amount paid. Cancellations 44 or fewer days prior to arrival forfeit total amount paid. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

POOL: view of complex pool from your balcony. This non-heated pool is open April - September.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: 8-10 minutes by bike or 2 minutes by car to the Sea Pines Beach Club.

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Full details will be provided at time of your reservation, or simply inquire for more information.

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved pet for an additional fee, surely less than boarding and lots more fun! Have a second pet clamoring to come, too? Breed/types not welcomed at BSSR properties (for reasons including but not limited to hair, odor, temperament): Labradors and Lab mixes, German shepherd and mixes, pugs, any/all bull dogs, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Cocker Spaniels, Boxers, Hounds, any other oily coat breed or mix. Please call or email us to discuss the possibilities. PET INSPECTION IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO DEPARTURE.

No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this house

WHAT’S INCLUDED: Your property will come stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume free laundry products, paper towels, bath tissues, hand and bar soaps, even coffee supplies. We also stock beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas-- really, all you have to do is come and enjoy.

    An exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated condo! Well laid out floor plan and open concept. A beautiful view of the pool from the easily accessible third floor. Extremely comfortable bedding in large beds to accommodate a family. Beyond adequate appliances, refrigerator, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Amenities such as cleaners, paper products, towels, etc. were well stocked and unexpectedly plentiful. Manager called to check on us and to ensure all our expectations and needs were being met! Easy booking and confirmation process with iPhone app to access info.

    We migrated from 1 week in Florida to Hilton Head South Carolina, the 2nd week of February 2019. We have never been there before but many of Canadian friends have time shares there and vacation both during the winter and summer months.We met Beverley Serral a local real estate sales representative and owner of her own company who personally introduced us to the unit we were looking at. She was very pleasant to deal with, and the unit she was managing for the owners was spotless and fully equipped. Above all, it was pet friendly which was important as we had our 4 legged friend traveling with us. The unit was located in the Sea Pines which is a beautiful community which gated access which makes you comfortable. There are several eating establishements within Sea Pines and a host of other restaurants within a 10 minute commute outside of the grounds. To our amazement, the whole island the shape of a boot has been very well planned out with miles of bike tracks located off the main arteries are well used. The miles sandy beaches are pet friendly during certain times of the year and are beautiful to walk on. A number of sprting activities are predominent on the island, tennis and golf seem to be the primaries, with boating and fishing not far behind.
