Welcome to the new BESTNEST at 29 Stoney Creek Road in Sea Pines.

Our philosophy is that your vacation experience should be completely comfortable and consistently amazing. Cleanliness is one of our hallmarks and we take clean seriously.

29 Stoney Creek is light and bright and filled with every amenity that we appreciate when we vacation. The spaces in this house are open and inviting-- it is completely comfortable, inside and out! The main house includes 3 BR/2.5 BA and the guest house offers a bedroom and full bath.

The living/dining/kitchen area is open and light-filled, with a serene marsh view to the rear, plus several seating options and a cozy firetable area.

For convenience, the uber-equipped kitchen opens to a breakfast area and dining area, seating 8+ total. Enjoy all stainless appliances and lots of pantry space. There is also a great grilling deck just off the kitchen with Weber gas grill.

Four bedrooms total (Main house: 2 Kings/2 Twins. Guest House: 1 King) each boast the comfiest bed linens we could find, with fluffy pillows as well as LCD TV/enhanced cable package in each room. Baths are spic and span and fully outfitted for your convenience.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Bike to the beach in about 10-12 minutes, or drive to the Sea Pines Beach Club in about 5 minutes.

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Full details will be provided at time of your reservation, or simply inquire for more information.

Walk to POOL in 2-3 minutes, and walk to Harbour Town in 5 minutes.

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved pet for an additional fee, surely less than boarding and lots more fun! Have a second pet clamoring to come, too? Breed/types not welcomed at BSSR properties (for reasons including but not limited to hair, odor, temperament): Labradors and Lab mixes, German shepherd and mixes, pugs, any/all bull dogs, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Cocker Spaniels, Boxers, Hounds, any other oily coat breed or mix. Please call or email us to discuss the possibilities.

WHAT’S INCLUDED: Your property will come stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume free laundry products, paper towels, bath tissues, hand and bar soaps, even coffee supplies. Really, all you have to do is come and enjoy.

ABOUT SEA PINES: Sea Pines is a truly special residential resort community offering a myriad of activities: world class golf & tennis, water sports, dolphin watching, 14 mi of biking & leisure trails, 5 mi of wide sand beach, 2 great marina villages (South Beach & Harbour Town), Lawton Stables with trail, pony rides and petting zoo, a 600 acre Forest Preserve with picnic and fishing areas, eco tours, shopping and dining, fitness center, and more! Whew! Or you can just sit under an umbrella or by the pool and read a good book.

    Beverly Serral has been our rental agent in Hilton Head for a number of years. Again,she and her staff went beyond the extra mile to make sure our two week vacation Oct.6--20, 2018 was again a memorable one. Our rental this year, 29 Stoney Creek, was on a quite street overlooking a beautiful marsh, a five minute walk to Harbor Town. As usual with all of Beverly's rentals, this home met the criteria of being clean and well-maintained. We would highly recommend this property, as well as any of her rentals to all of our friends. Thanks Beverly and staff, look forward to seeing you again next fall.
