• Linens: Ahhhhh, yes! Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including extra blankets and clean and comfy sleeping pillows, and clean kitchen linens.
• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer ever, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, loads of quality coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Out the front door, turn left on the leisure trail. 5-7 minutes walk and your toes are in the surf. Prefer to drive? DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog, maximum 2. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone.

No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this villa.

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 29 days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund up to 30 days prior to arrival. 14-30 days prior to arrival date you may cancel and receive 50% refund. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

  What a lovely rental property! We checked in after hours. We were worried that this would cause an issue, but instead it was a breeze. Followed instructions from the app and had the keys in less than a minute. Perfect location: short walk to the beach and steps from golf. Bike rentals just next door. The unit came stocked with kitchen necessities and beach accessories. We’ll be back!

  We had a lovely time in Sea Pines for a long weekend. The property management was responsive and very nice to deal with. However, the pictures do not reflect the condition of the apartment. The kitchen cabinets are all banged up, the stove a little off, and the living room/dining furniture was NOT what was shown in the photos. As far as cleanliness, it was basically fine. There was peeling ceiling paint in the master bath. I found a watch sticking out of a sofa cushion which the cleaners did not see after the prior guest.
  I would recommend the company but be very careful that you are getting what you are paying for.

  This is our second stay and other than the coolness of the weather this year, everything under the control of Best Nest was outstanding. This property is in a great location, close to golf, beach and beach club, bike rentals, etc. Very convenient to walk to just about anything you want to do in Sea Pines, if you are out for exercise. The condo is in top shape and very well appointed. The welcome snacks are a nice treat. We love the Sea Pines area for its natural beauty, easy access to HHI amenities. The staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and other activities. We would always rent from BestNest, as we have come to trust the quality of and the amenities within these properties.

  Very nice property with a good location to bike paths and beach. Pool was small yet clean and property was quiet. It was very nice that there was an elevator as we were on the 3rd floor.   While our vacation was cut short by Hurricane Florence, the few days spent in the Plantation Club Villa, Sea Pines were very comfortable and convenient.This location is close to the new Beach Club, Harbor Town and the other amenities of Sea Pines.
