Welcome to the BESTNEST at 22 Hollyberry Lane in Sea Pines.

Our philosophy is that your vacation experience should be completely comfortable and consistently amazing. Cleanliness is one of our hallmarks and we take clean seriously.

A spacious living room with 60" LCD flat screen HDTV with Blu-Ray DVD player (plus video library and free Netflix) opens to a large, private deck. Also - enjoy the cozy gas fireplace in cooler months.

The dining area seats 6 with kitchen seating for 3 more. There’s even a desk for (horrors!) working and Bose Sound Dock for (ahhhh!) listening.

The all new kitchen is bright and open. and features new GE Profile appliances (even double ovens!) plus a courtyard with new gas grill and dedicated propane line. No need to change out tanks!

Three bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins) each boast the comfiest bed linens we could find, with fluffy pillows and TV/Netflix in each room, and all wood flooring-- no carpeting!

Baths are all new and spic and span! There is a big laundry room with space for hanging wet things after swimming.

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 60 days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made 90 days or more before arrival-full refund less 10% of amount paid. Cancellations 89-45 days prior to arrival forfeit 60% of amount paid. Cancellations 44 or fewer days prior to arrival forfeit total amount paid. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: 2 min by car, 7 min by bike, or 15 min walking to the ocean or Sea Pines Beach Club. Please see map in burlap binder.

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Full details will be provided at time of your reservation, or simply inquire for more information.

POOL/TENNIS/PLAYGROUND: 2-3 min walk to great neighborhood facility. Pool open mid-April through September.

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved pet for an additional fee, surely less than boarding and lots more fun! Have a second pet clamoring to come, too? Breed/types not welcomed at BSSR properties (for reasons including but not limited to hair, odor, temperament): Labradors and Lab mixes, German shepherd and mixes, pugs, any/all bull dogs, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Cocker Spaniels, Boxers, Hounds, any other oily coat breed or mix. Please call or email us to discuss the possibilities. PET INSPECTION IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO DEPARTURE.

No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this house


WHAT’S INCLUDED: Your property will come stocked with all of the household amenities you will need for the duration of your stay, including trash bags, dish soaps, perfume free laundry products, paper towels, tissues, hand and bar soaps and even Keurig AND standard coffee makers with filters/sweeteners. We also stock beach toys, beach chairs and umbrellas-- really, all you have to do is come and enjoy.

    The rental was fab, but the January weather was less so! The weather was just a continuation of the roller coaster El Nino pattern plaguing the USA for the past year. Fortunately, there were basketball games and many TV shows we liked when the weather was inclement. One day we even had deer visit us.

    We visit Hilton Head every September, and last year was the first time we rented from Beverly Serral. Unfortunately, Hurricane Irma canceled our trip before we even arrived. The staff handled that situation so well, we decided we’d try them again this year.

    We arrived at 22 Hollyberry late at night, but the exterior lighting at the home was set for our arrival. We were able to easily get into the house without fumbling for keys or light switches. The interior of the home is beautiful and very inviting! We were surprised to find a lovely welcome basket from the company on the kitchen island as well.

    The rooms were impeccably clean and decorated. The beds were oh so very comfortable and I’ve decided I need one of those beds in my room at home! There is literally everything you need at this rental property - all dishes, Tupperware, makeup mirror, regular towels and beach towels, BBQ, even books to read! And the choices for beach chairs, umbrellas, bags, and toys for the kids were great as well. And the cart to tow it all in was awesome, too!

    We loves the location of the house, as it’s off main path but close enough to everything. The drive to the sea pines beach club was easy and parking there was a breeze (it was after Labor Day, so not as crazy as the rest of the summer can be).

    Unfortunately, two days into our stay Hurricane Florence was named and mandatory evacuation was announced by the Governor. We were required to cut our vacation short and were bummed to leave this nice home. Again, the staff was amazing and kept us updated about that situation, and were very hospitable. We will be renting from Beverly Serral again, but are definitely going to aim for earlier in the summer to avoid hurricane season!

    We had wonderful stay this summer at 22 Hollyberry Lane location. It is a wonderful home with lots of light and beautifully decorated. The treats and snacks left for us at arrival were so thoughtful! The house had everything we might need. We didn’t have to pack and travel with beach towels, or rent umbrellas, beach chairs or a cart to take to the beach. All directions and instructions emailed to us and left for us in a binder at the house were very helpful and answered all of our questions about the house and ease around the island and beach access. The house itself is in a quiet little neighborhood which we walked around every morning. When we did contact the Beverly Serral staff with a quick question it was promptly answered and very professional and friendly. We would definitely rent this home again.

    This rental is in the beautiful Forest Preserve. I enjoyed spotting deer and talking to neighbors on my evening walks. The property itself is light and open. You have a beautiful view from virtually every room. The home is comfortable and well appointed, perfect for a longer stay. Walkable to the Beach Club and Sea Pines Station and an easy bike ride to Harbor Town and South Beach.

    As usual this Beverly Serral Signature Rental checked all the boxes. The house felt like our home for the week. The house is always well stocked with everything from linens to Ziploc bags. The technology equipment is always in good working order but if something goes wrong the Serral team leaves a number of detailed suggestions to troubleshoot the issue.

    Our week was PERFECT in every way. The home is well located, close to South Beach Club, Harbortown and Truffles. Beverly Serral is an excellent decorator, selecting items and colors that are very appealing for a vacation home. We hope to come back and wish we were young enough to ride bicycles on the bike paths which were so near!
